  1. shg says:

You have always been certified to me.

  2. Gideon says:

What is this? I was promised a video of the Texas Tornado and by God I’ll have it!

  3. Mark's Dad says:

Thanks, son, for giving credit where credit is due.

And your readers now know you can figure out that isosceles triangle thing.

  4. At first, I thought it was the ‘shoes’ then I saw the hat.

Am I the only one that thinks that it should be mandatory to be Certified in areas one wishes to practice Law in, when the area involves the possibility of up to 99 years and / or death for the client due to utter incompetence and / or simply not being 100% familiar with the entire process (from pre-trial investigations, motions and that thing called a jury trial). No ? mark.

*Or, is ok with everyone to allow their degreed colleagues’ to simply wing it and learn from the avoidable mistakes as one takes a break from say Divorces / Wills and dabble in a felony or two as to wet the whistle. No ? mark. Ask your next felony consultation if they’d prefer to be represented in a jury trial by a ‘Dabbler’ vs. a Board Certified Criminal Defense Lawyer / Attorney and share the results here, if you dare. Remember, there’s no shame in referring out, especially if you receive a commission. I do it every friggin day. Thanks.
