Cellphone Provider Locator
Mark Bennett, a Houston Criminal defense attorney, author’s the blog “Defending People” which discusses virtually every imaginable topic in the criminal justice system.
Two of his blog entries include information on how to locate the provider of a given cell phone number, and then lists the addresses of those providers to direct your subpoena
Step 1:
Using FoneFinder, use the area code and three-digit exchange of any cellphone number to show the issuing telephone company provider.
Step 2:
Locate the addresses of those providers.
