A judge shall abstain from pub­lic com­ment about a pend­ing or impend­ing pro­ceed­ing which may come before the judge’s court in a man­ner which sug­gests to a rea­son­able per­son the judge’s prob­a­ble deci­sion on any par­tic­u­lar case.
