A Sound Basis

A couple of months ago I mentioned Texas rep Leo Berman’s attack on theocracy.

Now it turns out  that the voices in his head inspired him.

(Nobody is surprised.)

    Financial special interests have a dog in the Sharia law fight. It seems that charging interest on loans, or making a profit selling insurance, is against Sharia law. Come to think on it, it’s against the Old Testament as well. Hrmmmmm…. who would oppose that? I would assume it would be the unGodless, but that might be a tough sell. :) Ric
