		<description>The lawyers that I cannot stand are those who lie, destroy their files intentionally, and work against the client.  I also cannot stand those lawyers who file IAOC when it is not there, just to exact a fee from the client (who is usually ready to poop all over their prior lawyer whether it is the lawyer&#039;s fault or not.)

Provide the file - it belongs to the client.  Tell the truth.  Don&#039;t embarass yourself but trying to defend mistakes - just answer the questions.

There are mistakes made in most every case (if not every case).  There are failures to do various things that might have helped the case (but were not thought of.)  We are people; we are not perfect.  But we OWE it to the client to pony up when they suffer the consequences of our failures.</description>
