He must have heard of you . . . Nice to have your reputation precede you so you didn’t have to go through all the threats over what was going to happen if you didn’t let your client talk. (It is also nice to seem like a normal person with a little gray in your hair. If he didn’t know you, he figured out in the minute or so talking with you that you were a weiner.)

Yes, Mark, you are a weiner. You are a weiner who will not let intimidation control you; will not let the raised eyebrow of the official suck you in; will not let the hmmph of the badge cause you to hesitate. You, sir, are a weiner. (okay – in some spheres it might be a winner, but in the cops’ sphere you are a weiner.)
Does this mean Marc’s running in the Weiner dog Wiener-nationals as the dog track?
This is proof that at least SOME cops are grounded in reality (even if only a small minority.)
